For Marathon Registration 

Organized by K.A. Sports and Events 

By registering for this event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions, as 

set forth by K.A. Sports and Events, the official organizer of the marathon. 

1. Non-Cancellation & Non-Transferable Policy 

• All registrations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any 

circumstances, including but not limited to personal, medical, or professional reasons. 

2. Health & Fitness Declaration 

• By registering, the participant confirms that they are physically fit and medically cleared to 

participate in the marathon.• K.A. Sports and Events, its partners, associates, and affiliates 

shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or health-related issues that 

may arise before, during, or after the event. 

3. Accuracy of Information 

• It is the sole responsibility of the participant to provide complete, accurate, and truthful 

information during the registration process.• K.A. Sports and Events will not be liable for 

any issues, disputes, or consequences arising due to incorrect or misleading information 

submitted by the participant. 

4. Awards, Results & Authority 

• The Race Director and Organizers from K.A. Sports and Events retain full discretion in the 

determination of awards, rankings, and winners across all categories.• In case of any dispute 

or disagreement, the decision of the Race Director shall be final and binding. 

5. Legal Jurisdiction 

• Any legal dispute related to participation, conduct, or outcomes of the event shall be 

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.• Any such appeal or legal 

claim must be filed within 21 days from the last date of the event. 

6. General Terms 

• The participant agrees to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the race 

officials and event management team.• K.A. Sports and Events reserves the right to amend 

these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be binding 

on all participants. 

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and 

accepted the above Terms & Conditions in full.
